Welcome to our breathtaking private natural hot spring water spa and sauna experience in Idaho Springs Colorado!

There are no walk-ins this is a private ranch home occupation ammenity. Each soak is exclusive/private to each reservation, you don’t share the water with anyone outside your group.

When you book please read and check that you’ve understood all the detailed terms, waiver, and conditions, 18 + only, 4wd/Awd with 7+ Inches Ground Clearance Required to access this private mountain ranch. This is not a suggestion, it is an absolute requirement there is one mile of steep dirt roads to navigate.

On active snow days we cancel and issue full refunds even If snow accumulation exceeds only 1-2 inches or if the dirt roads have icey sections. While this small amount of snow wouldn't normally be difficult to traverse in most vehicles on pavement, the added challenge of steep narrow dirt roads makes this access precarious during inclement weather. If the day is canceled it will be posted on the Road Conditions tab and we will text you, if you don't confirm we then call and email to make sure you know not to come so please book your reservation with your primary mobile phone for important updates.

Cancelation policy: Please give us 24rs notice or there is NO REFUND or Reschedule, when it comes to hazardous driving conditions we almost always close but even if it is just bad weather in your area where you are driving from please let us know we prefer you stay safe and are happy to refund or reschedule you. If you cancel less than 24 hrs on short notice but we are able to rebook your canceled appointment, we will issue a full refund to you.
